Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Dashi
  • 1/4 cup Mirin
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Sugar

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients into a medium saucepot and reduce to desired consistency.
