Peanut Butter

Yield: 1 1/2 cups

Equipment:

  • 1 - Food Processor

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Peanuts, deshelled
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp peanut oil
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. In food processor, combine all ingredients and puree until desired consistency.

Notes:

  • The general consistency will be chunky and this is normal.
  • I generally use this recipe for my peanut butter cookies.
  • Replace Peanuts and Peanut oil with Walnuts and Walnut oil for Walnut Butter. Walnuts are great for brain health.
    • Use the Walnut butter for Walnut Butter Cookies, the walnuts are slightly bitter, offsetting the sweetness of the sugar better than regular peanut butter cookies.
