In food processor, combine all ingredients and puree until desired consistency.
Notes:
The general consistency will be chunky and this is normal.
I generally use this recipe for my peanut butter cookies.
Replace Peanuts and Peanut oil with Walnuts and Walnut oil for Walnut Butter. Walnuts are great for brain health.
Use the Walnut butter for Walnut Butter Cookies, the walnuts are slightly bitter, offsetting the sweetness
of the sugar better than regular peanut butter cookies.
