Cover the steak with the marinade either in a single layer inside a pan or in a bag.
Let marinade for at least 30 minutes, but overnight is preferred.
Notes:
To make a great steak sauce to go with this, save the marinade, and cook over medium heat until
a thick syrup-like consistency. Add cold cubed butter and stir to emulsify the marinade and the
butter. Season with Salt and Pepper if needed.
The preparation if very similar to Beurre Blanc.
